HSEQ | Safety and risk management
We carry out safety and risk management assignments from the briefest risk analyses to comprehensive HSE management in extensive investment projects and ensuring operational safety.
We help our customers find the applicable safety requirements, draft and update the necessary documentation and carry out risk assessments and organise project-specific safety training. We are familiar with the most common risk assessment methods and ATEX requirements.
PROCESS | Process engineering
Our PROCESS service portfolio covers everything process engineering: dimensioning, balance calculations, piping and instrumentation diagrams with lists, and process descriptions and training. If necessary, we can use the Aspen Plus simulation software for modelling and solving process issues. We also conduct construction supervision and deployment tasks on construction sites.
PROJECT | Project management and procurement services
If the customer has sufficient expertise to carry out a project, it is often cost-effective to assign the customer’s own experts to the project. It often motivates the plant’s staff when they get involved in the construction of a new part for their plant. In many cases, our customers have extremely strong technical expertise but they lack project management or procurement experts, or their own operative tasks make it impossible for them to participate in the project. In such a case, our highly experienced project management, cost engineering, scheduling and procurement experts can support the customer’s organisation.
SITE | Site management and monitoring
In a decentralised project model in which the customer’s organisation plays a strong role, some assistance in site management, HSE monitoring and technical construction supervision may be needed. Rejlers employs a number of experienced safety experts who have earned their spurs as customers’ safety coordinators. As for construction sites, our services cover everything from site management and project supervision responsibilities to construction supervision for an individual technical area.
DIGITAL | Digital products and services
Advanced Solutions offers maintenance and development services for ICT systems used in engineering, document management services, and the Accelerated Operations image model service, which improves the efficiency of project operations and enables remote monitoring.
