OUTSOURCED QUALITY MANAGER

The responsibilities of Rejlers’ Quality Manager are tailored to meet the client’s needs. The tasks may be project-based or involve continuous service.

 

In the most comprehensive role, under the leadership of the Quality Manager, a quality management system is developed according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and certified. The operation can continue with Rejlers’ Quality Manager taking responsibility for the ongoing maintenance of the system.

A slightly lighter alternative involves developing an ISO 9001:2015 compliant quality management system without certification.

Rejlers’ Quality Manager service also offers assistance in the implementation of individual quality improvement projects, such as related to operational processes, supplier evaluation, measurement, or continuous improvement.
