We can produce the dimensioning, modelling, production drawings and other documentation needed in maintenance planning and research and development of new products. We also take responsibility for project management in mechanical planning, from initial planning all the way to construction supervision.
We follow the industry-specific requirements and we are familiar with planning and manufacturing techniques. We pay particular attention to understanding the customer’s needs, quality control and scheduling in each of our customer projects.
The design software we use includes AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, NX and SolidWorks.
VEHICLE ENGINEERING
EXPERTISE THAT STANDS OUT
The cabs in working machines, such as tractors and cranes, have developed immensely over the course of time. Ergonomics, placement of controls, visibility, lighting, sound insulation, heating/air-conditioning, anti-vibration systems, components intended for heavy-duty use in challenging conditions and maintainability are examples of matters our designers work on.
We excel in the manufacturing of formed parts made from plastic or steel and the production of complex surface models. Expertise in plastic materials in designing the dashboard panels, as well as designing external panels and modelling A surfaces complement cab planning, for example.
In addition to static stress calculations, we perform simulations that aim to ensure and test the safety of the ROPS and FOPS structures for cabs.
LIFTING AND HOISTING ACCESSORY ENGINEERING
SAFE HOISTING
In Lifting and hoisting accessory engineering, we offer a turnkey solution for our customers by combining the skills of our mechanical planning, Finite Element Method and safety experts into one package.
Lifting and hoisting accessories always require the CE marking. Our service includes everything from the innovation and planning of hoisting accessories to their manufacturing and CE certification, if necessary. We deliver the risk assessment, operation and maintenance manuals and FEM calculation reports and other documents, with documentation according to the requirements of the CE marking.
We can also apply for CE markings for and modernise existing equipment that is already in use. In many cases, we can also take your wishes regarding the planning software into account.
TECHNICAL CALCULATION
FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS AND COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS
Finite Element Method (FEM) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) are methods to establish the strength, functionality and behaviour of an item. Careful calculation in the planning phase will draw attention to possible problems, eliminating the need for corrections at a later stage.
Our experts know the practices and standards of the industry like the back of their hands. In addition to which, they have dozens of years of combined experience from thousands of projects, ensuring that they will find the optimal solutions to your needs. Our specialties include calculations related to paper machines, cranes, earthquakes, pressure equipment and piping.
PRESSURE EQUIPMENT CALCULATION
We can dimension, model and calculate pressure equipment and piping according to the relevant standards. We can also carry out your pressure equipment alteration plans and R&D activities, including any reports needed for relevant approvals.
Whether calculations are related to the R&D activities of a new product or refining existing ones, we support our customers in improving their products. We can conduct brief inspections and comprehensive calculations for complex units at the highest level of expertise.
The calculation software we use include ANSYS, Femap, Finnsap, SolidWorks Simulation VVD and OpenFOAM.

PAPER MACHINE EXPERTS
We have varied and long-term experience in designing sections and equipment for paper machines. In addition to this, we work on hydraulic and pneumatic planning for paper machines. Our customer base includes paper mills and machinery suppliers.
We also deliver complete turnkey solutions. Web feeding is our area of specialty.

TANK AND CONTAINER ENGINEERING
TAILORED SOLUTIONS
We provide manufacturing drawings for containers of all sizes. We pay special attention to the characteristics and requirements of the materials to be stored in the container when planning the containers and connections and in material selections and manufacturing processes. The requirements applicable to the container and its surroundings according to relevant standards in terms of ground, wind conditions and earthquakes are taken into account in planning.
SHEET METAL ENGINEERING
COST-EFFECTIVE DESIGN
We design complex and demanding sheet steel and aluminium products to meet our customers’ needs.
In addition to intended use, we also pay special attention to the sheet steel material selections, methods of manufacturing and joints when designing sheet metal products as these factors differ from the usual methods used in mechanical planning.
We take responsibility for the cost effective planning, selection of manufacturing method and tendering for suppliers for our customers’ sheet metal products.
CASTING ENGINEERING
CASTINGS THAT CONVINCE
We design all kinds of castings to meet our customers’ needs. We specialise in the concept and implementation planning of iron and steel casting projects.
We plan both new castings and existing items that require some further development. Welded assemblies can also be designed as castings. The implementation of highly demanding castings that will be subjected to high levels of stress is always planned in collaboration with FEM calculation and manufacturing experts, while keeping the perspective of the casting and machining processes in mind.
We always draft production drawings and documentation that concern quality specifications according to the latest applicable standards.

We can handle your hydraulics projects of all sizes, flexibly and at the highest level of expertise. Our services include the dimensioning and calculation of hydraulic systems of working machines and equipment to meet the changing needs of our customers.

CONVEYOR SOLUTIONS FOR DIFFERENT MATERIALS
We carry out the planning of different types of conveyors adhering the relevant dimensioning needs. In the selection of the optimal conveyor type, we pay attention to cost-efficiency at all stages from manufacturing to operation and maintenance. We optimise the structure of the frame and plan the manoeuvring and output speeds as well as power transmission.
The challenges involved in the design of screw, chain, drag, roller and belt conveyors are all familiar to us. We can produce calculations and manufacturing and installation drawings for new and existing conveyor solutions that need modernisation.

Service platfrms and walkways are essential components of cranes, paper machines, conveyors, moving machinery and equipment as well as factory environments in general.
Different standards apply to the planning of foot bridges and walkways intended for different use environments and destination countries. We have extensive experience in planning foot bridges for a wide range of different environments, and we can analyse the strength of bearing structures as set out in the applicable calculation standards.
Additionally, we can modify existing foot bridges to ensure they meet the current requirements and are safe to use.
