FACTORY AND PLANT ENGINEERING

Our 100 experts in factory and plant engineering combine world-class expertise, customer service and collaboration skills. Our strong engineering expertise covers various industrial sectors, such as the chemical, paper, pulp and mining industries and energy generation.

Our PLANT service portfolio covers layout, piping, construction task, steel structure, foot bridge and container planning as well as stress analyses for pipelines. We also conduct construction supervision and deployment tasks on construction sites.

Our experts can also assist in designing the first drafts of a completely new production facility or in the modernisation of existing production technologies.

PIPING AND LAYOUT ENGINEERING

INDUSTRY-LEADING EXPERTISE

In piping and layout planning, our key expertise is based on our practical operations and extensive experience in projects and maintenance planning.

Our 2D or 3D planning produces installation documentation for piping, itemises the equipment locations and dimension data for containers, and provides construction task and stress data for construction. We can also perform the necessary pipeline stress analyses.

The design software we use includes: AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, PDMS and E3D.

STEEL STRUCTURE AND TANK ENGINEERING

SAFETY AS THE STARTING POINT

When designing service platforms and lifting bars for equipment, we pay special attention to safety of the staff. Examination of the strength of different structures is a key element in ensuring safety.

We can also plan tubular bridges, containers and steel beds for devices and equipment. In steel structure planning, we utilise 2D and 3D design software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PDMS and E3D.

LASERSKANNING

LOWER PROJECT RISKS WITH LASER SCANNING

Laser scanning enables quick and efficient basic data collection. It eliminates the need for time-consuming investigations and modelling phases, making project kick-offs smoother than ever before.

Laser scanning provides accurate point cloud data, eliminating the need for control visits to the site. Laser scanning one point only takes about five minutes, so the data is available extremely quickly.

While the point cloud data from laser scanning can be used as a basis for planning, a more visual 3D model can also be created from the point cloud data. Laser scanning helps reduce risks involved in planning, and possible challenges in the implementation phase can be detected before the installation works begin.

Laser scanning is an excellent option for industrial, energy and water treatment plants, ports and harbours, office, commercial and residential buildings, tunnels and underground spaces, construction sites and complex structures.

In addition to point cloud data, we also provide our customers with 360-degree photographs in connection with laser scanning. The 360-degree photographs can be used in Rejlers’ Accelerated Operations 360 imaging model service. Further information on the service is available under Digital.
